Sacrède Soak is a sacred bath infusion crafted to soften the nervous system, open the heart, and invite the body back into reverence. Blue Lotus, ancient flower of serenity and expanded awareness, mingles with rose, the eternal keeper of love and remembrance. Together, they create a bath that is not merely cleansing, but devotional.

Mineral-rich Dead Sea and Himalayan pink salts draw tension from the muscles and energy from the aura, while coconut milk envelops the skin in gentle nourishment. Calendula soothes and restores, damiana deepens sensual vitality, lavender calms the spirit, and passionflower quiets the mind into rest. Each soak is a return, to tenderness, to breath, to yourself.

The Sacred Soak Ritual

Prepare the Space
Dim the lights. Light a beeswax candle. Allow steam to rise as you fill the bath with warm water. Place the Sacrède Soak into a muslin bag or directly into the water, letting the botanicals unfurl.

Begin with Intention
Before entering, place one hand over your heart and one over your womb or lower belly. Speak softly, aloud or inwardly:
“I release what no longer belongs to me. I return to my body with love.”

Enter Slowly
Step into the bath with presence. Submerge your body as fully as comfortable. Allow the salts to draw out heaviness, and the botanicals to infuse your waters, and your spirit.

Anoint & Breathe
Gently pour water over your shoulders, chest, and womb. Inhale deeply. Exhale slowly. Stay here for at least 20 minutes, allowing your breath to soften and your thoughts to quiet.

Close the Ritual
When complete, drain the bath as a symbolic release. Pat your skin dry, do not rush. Seal the ritual with gratitude, knowing you have honored your body as sacred ground.
